An Evening With Gavin and Michael

I was indeed honoured when I was invited to have dinner together with the property guru Gavin Tee, the mortgage reduction expert Michael Yeoh and the members of the SwhengTee Real Estate Investors Club recently.

The dinner was held at Seafront Dining Restaurant in Penang which was attended by about 30 members. We were treated to a 5-course dinner and had a choice of salmon, beef, lamb or chicken as the main course. The beef that I had was kinda overcooked but overall, the dinner was a very enjoyable one.

The highlight of the evening was without a doubt, Gavin’s session with the members as he shared the property outlook for Malaysia and what to look out for in the year 2013. I, as a pretty new property investor, personally found the insights given very useful and I look forward to attending his talk on  “The Changing Face of the Real Estate World” at PWC in January 2013.

This event is touted as the single largest property investment program and forecast talk of the year.

I couldn’t resist the offer of having a photo taken with both Gurus after the dinner!
